By using or accessing this website you agree to be bound by and become a party to all the terms of this Agreement. If any provision is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that shall not affect the remainder. You and we both agree any disputes arising out of this agreement will be dealt with in a court located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Hair Care Foundation Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify any of the website content at any time. We suggest you periodically review this website for amendments of terms and conditions as your continued use / access to the site deems acceptance.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. While we fully honor all of our commitments, Activance.com.au shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfill orders at outdated or erroneous prices.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to accept, refuse, or cancel an order for any reason. Some situations that may lead to cancellation of an order include the need for additional verification of information, international regulations, problems identified by our merchant partner etc.

Refund Policy

You may return a product for refund within 30 days of original shipping date if you are not completely satisfied with the product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase/tax invoice and mailed to PO Box 564, North Melbourne, Victoria, 3051; please also indicate the reason for the return. You may wish to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it is lost or misdirected. If your order was paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your statement within 2 weeks of us receiving your return.

Currency of Transaction

All transactions will be in Australian dollars (AUD) only.

All purchases made in Australia will be subject to GST. All prices listed on this website are GST inclusive.

Shipping & Delivery

Our preferred delivery methods are Australia Post Express Post and couriers, as these options offer some security and prompt delivery. For security reasons we prefer, wherever possible to deliver goods to a business address to enable courier delivery or to a post office box address for non courier orders.

We set a postage/delivery charge for orders within Australia based on the number of items purchased i.e.  $10.00 for 1 to 4 items and $20.00 for 5 to 6 items. We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. There may be slight variation depending on the postal services in your area.

Goods shipped outside Australia will be charged based on the number of items purchased $20.00 for 1 to 2 items, $40.00 for 3 to 4 items, and $60.00 for 5 to 6 items. By entering credit card details you agree to the additional shipping charge being added to your order. For merchandise shipped outside the Australia, please allow 21 days for delivery. We will not be responsible of any duties or customs problems.

Out of Stock

Should any product become temporarily unavailable, we will advise you of the time frame required to complete the delivery. Your order will be held until stock becomes available to Activance.com.au to complete the delivery of the order. 

Privacy Policy

Activance.com.au is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy and confidentiality of your personal information.

Our privacy policy does not extend to parties that may be linked or associated with our websites. Those website owners are responsible for the privacy of the information they collect and should be contacted directly for details of their privacy policies.

This information will not be sold and will only used for the purpose for which you provided it, i.e. delivering orders made by you. Information will not be added to a mailing list other than the list maintained by Hair Care Foundation Pty Ltd to notify you of special offers.
