The History of Rhodanide

Discovery

After World War II, undernourishment and disease were rife in Europe as people suffered from an extreme shortage of nutritious food such as meat and vegetables, which are the main sources of Rhodanide. The result was a startling increase in infectious diseases and mortality across the continent.

As modern antibiotics were not available at the time, products containing Rhodanide (such as Orthromin) were given to both humans and domestic animals to enhance their immune systems and to help combat the spread of disease by increasing and survival.
